It’s really annoying when transactions don’t always process, and the lack of a contact number makes it worse. My initial attempt failed because I picked the wrong carrier. Then, the second attempt didn’t work either since the first one was a bust. I can’t reach out to you for help since there’s no phone number available, and you don’t reach out to me either. You used to have a number, so what gives? How am I supposed to sort this out? Your customer service is pretty lacking because of this!

Honestly, I've never come across anything quite like this before. I'm a big fan of TelephoneNigeria, so keep up the good work! If you could add some new features to the app, I reckon it would be awesome. For instance, how about allowing transfers from a card to a bank account or even to another card?
